I'd have to give it to the Atari, the sound seems better, and the graphics a little more detailed, although it looks as if the NES version they did smooth the jaggies a little.

Yes, easy win for the 7800 on this one I think.

8-3 to the Atari machine for me so far!

Never played either version. I like the look of the 7800.

DK Jr. is easily a toss up between the two.  :)

I will give this one to the NES due to the horrible sound on the 7800 version - 8-4 Atari 7800

I would have just about given it to the NES in this one, sound is better on the NES version and the graphics are about even.

Ok then, time for another game I guess!

Let's take a look at Namco's Ms. Pacman

I have a hard time choosing here for one single reason:  the screen scrolling on the NES annoys the hell out of me.  So, it has arcade perfect graphics but that one thing just bugs me.  Right now I'm undecided.  LOL

I don't much like the screen scrolling either and also the Ms. Pacman sprite is just all wrong in the NES version, her mouth is too big and opens too much.

The NES version has marginally better sound but thats about it really, it's a 7800 win for me making it 9-4 to the ProSystem.

NOTE: The 7800 version was the only version programmed by GCC (the 7800 creators) who also developed the original Ms. Pacman coin-op.

I like the 7800 version best. I have not played Ms. Pac-Man on the Nes. Played on an emulator. The port seems well done but like Pac-Man which I have played on an actual Nes it seems to be missing something.

Seems the best version I have played not including the Sega 16-bit version would be the 7800.
