Atari 7800 Vs. Nintendo Entertainment System

Not one of the usual argument threads you see on most forums but a proper comparison between the 2 machines:

I personally think the 7800 version looks (and plays) much better than the NES version!

I was torn the 7800 looked better but the Nes had better sound.

Harder choice here.  I prefer how the game looks on the 7800 because it is more colorful than on the NES.  Sounds are more refined on the NES, which is not surprising given the lack of POKEY sound on this game for the 7800.

Right that's two games so far and its 2-0 to the 7800 for me. What about you guys?

I prefer how it looks on the 7800.  The only thing that is a bit better is the main character on NES because the eyes are white.

The 3D effect is much better on the 7800, the tower appears to actually rotate where as on the NES it looks like it scrolls. The NES is also missing the impressive bonus stages from the 7800.
