I had a bunch of disc trays with broken pins so disc's wouldn't hold then I had this idea I thought I would share.
Sorry if I haev put this in the wrong place.

First remove remaining pins and make the surface flat

Take a regular CD disc tray and tim the edges off with scissors
(I wouldnt bother with clear ones, they shatter)

This is surprisingly easy, mine naturally split along the seam.

Now carefully trim the edges back until it fits flush inside the case.

Now you can glue that sucker down and job done =) I used a hot glue gun and it worked fantastically.

I also used it to seal up the back of a crack and now its rock solid
