Just purchased Dragons Dogma for Xbox 360. Heard that it's pretty good so thought i'd give it a go.

Let me know how you get on with it. I've seen it cheap a couple of times and almost taken the plunge. Skyrim still has a lot to show me though...
🙂 Continuing with my: 'Did.....get unfair reviews' mission, be interested in hearing thoughts from owners of Namco Museum Remix on Wii.
Took a hammering at review in GAMEStm, 2/10.
Claims of:half-hearted Wii controls, tediousily simple gameplay, Galaga reduced to a simple light gun game, where enemies seem to have forgotten to fire back and calls the compilation an insult to retro enthusiasts.
My latest modern purchase was Twisted Metal Head On for my PSP. For $5, can't go wrong.

I haven't read the GamesTM review but 2/10 seems ridiculously low... metacritic average is 49% but that's dragged down a little by the GamesTM score (lowest of the bunch) and recurring complaints about the initial price of $40. I probably paid $10 and was pretty happy with it for the price.
The highlight is the port of Pac n Roll from the DS (72% on metacritic). Wii controls are a little awkward but it's still a solid game. The Galaga enemies are dropped into a simple light gun game... it's not really Galaga, but it's still fun and nostalgia carries some weight for me. The other Remix games were nothing special. The virtual arcade has an odd mix of less known games so probably not appealing to the casual player. First appearance of Pac & Pal in any Namco Collection if that sparks any interest.
The follow-up 'Namco Museum Megamix' was a budget re-release that added more of the well known classics to the virtual arcade and a Grobda Remix that looks pretty good.

Bully is awesomeÂ
as is Resi 4, but perhaps not your type of game
Bought some PSN Japan points to download Dark Mist with the JPN exclusive expansion pack and Raystorm HD.
Seems like a lot of content has been quietly vanishing from PSN lately. A few things that I'd delayed purchases were no longer available when I had the urge to buy them recently. Sega Rally Online Arcade, Zen Pinball 1 DLC tables, and Spelunker Black were all removed from PSN in the last few months without any warning. Figured I should get these ancient Japan exclusives before they're 'gone' too.

I saw that in shop today actually, I nearly bought it!
I have it for the 360, PSP and Wii. You can't play as the Irish, but it does allow English, Dutch, French and Spanish.

I've got it on PSP, love it, but does get little stale after a while.
Hear the Wii version has 2 extra mini-games, but the controls suck on the sword fight and dancing mini-games.

I am English born but my mother is half Scottish and half Irish. I also have Spanish blood and French too, if you go a long way back, but don't like to admit that

Picked up PS3 ver.of Goldeneye (Wii game just visually polished off), never took to it at all, might be becausde FPS are 10-a-penny on PS3, but it felt very much like a last-gen FPS.
