AXE is a new hack 'n' slash game for Atari VCS by Atari Age member la1n. The object of the game is to kill all the others warriors and don't get stabbed back! You can only kill a enemy if he is not already stabbing you, so precise timing is absolutely crucial to progress. The whole game was written entirely in assembler, a great achievement in these days of Batari BASIC.

This game will run perfectly on Stella or a flash cartridge and the source code for the game is included in the download, but don't look at it or you will be slashed to hell!
