All great Saturn imports, Cotton 2 in particular.  That is one game that doesn't get its due because of the cutesy characters, but it is one of my favorite all time shmups.  Cotton Boomerang is no slouch either.

Cotton 2 is fantastic. Cotton boomerang is on the list too lol. I'd like it on the MD as well.
