Here is some additional Genesis stuff that arrived today.  I really wanted to get one of the the Micro Machines Turbo games but they are quite difficult to find.

Just picked up my first Atari Lynx! Now I have to wait for the games to get here to give it a try.  I picked up Xenophobe, Gauntlet, AvP, and Zaku

Now make sure you get STUN Runner next if you really want to be blown away!

Jagman I  am really surprised that you bought AvP for the LYNX as one of your first games. There really isn't that much to it, other  than a small tech demo really. I would hardly call it a game.

Not the best of games but it wasn't in my collection so hey ho. Cost me about £20 which is neither good nor bad and as I'm happy with it then I won't lose any sleep lol

I also got Fever Pitch recently - brand new for £15 though I doubt I will ever play it as I have the other football game Sensible Soccer :113:

I don't know what Stun Runner is like on the Lynx, presumably quite good as the Lynx is an excellent hand-held, but I have played Stun Runner in the arcade. The one with a motor cycle to sit on - that is one awesome game, very addictive

The programmer of Stun Runner on LYNX had the arcade source code to directly translate with, thus it's very near arcade perfect. He has some posts on the Lynx board over at AA, and they are very informative. I find all the Lynx games he programmed to be of the highest quality and near arcade perfect, like Roadblasters and Toki.

I just interviewed him (D. Scott Williamson) for Retro Gamer, the interview I got from him was absolutely amazing - I was honestly blown away by the level of information he gave me!

Great stuff! I love Toy Story on Genesis! 

I got lucky and had one of the Micro Machines Turbo games come in the bundle with the console I bought.

Been pretty tempted to get The Lion King also,  have heard good thing about it.

Three very good Atari 7800 pick-ups there!

I got these in the post today, I was incredibly please with this lot as 3 of the games are still sealed and it includes several of the rarer XEGS games. I have never even seen a Crime Buster before so that must be very scarce!

Nice 7800 games and bleeding heck Laird, that is a fantastic lot! Every game there is good though, like you I hadn't heard of Crime Buster and I look forward to hearing what you think of it.
