Retro Freak or Retron 5?

I know it sounds sacrilegious. But I'm struggling for space with my gaming setup, I do physically own all the systems these consoles emulate, but I'd like a quick and easy option as alternative. It'd also make for better HD recordings.

So I'm looking for testimonials from those with experience from either consoles. I'm leaning towards the Retro Freak as I've heard quality complaints from the Retron 5 construction. And I have compatibility concerns from both systems.

What do you guys think I should go with?

I have the N5 and it does have some compatibility issues but, overall, has worked fairly well.  I do prefer to use corded controllers, though.  Not sure how the Freak works but it does look nice.

I'm compelled towards the Retro Freak as it also supports Pc Engine. It's controller setup is less than ideal though, with the accessory only having one of each console controller slot. Where as the Retron 5 has two of each built in.

They both now support Game Gear, which is cool.
