Have you considered sticking it up on the Amazon Kindle Store?

I did have it on the Kindle Store for a couple of years, never got any money from it, sales were only a handful and Amazon were mucking around my tax info, so i thought stuff its not worth the hassle. (plus i never formatted it properly to begin with, always much easier to design around Kindle to start with rather than convert it afterwards)

There is a PDF version, i know its not Kindle compatible but works on most other devices.
