New Navigation Topics Added

Hello everyone! 

In my ongoing quest to improve the forum I have added new navigation topics for Handheld Consoles, Popular Gaming Topics and Interviews.

Hopefully this will help new members discover things that have been talked about before and bring back old topics to add a new point of view.
