US Only Genesis games?

Hey gang, So I recently realised that virtually any US Genesis cart will work on PAL Mega Drives and wondered if there are any stand out titles that came out in the US that didn't reach UK shores?? I did a google but came up empty, Google seemed to only return results like "Used Genesis Games" or "USA Genesis" etc but no lists of USA ONLY titles for MD/Genesis be interested to hear, and if its been posted before I apologise but I couldn't find the right search term to find a thread about it

For me Gargoyles is a challenge. I'm like Shadowrunner the patience just isn't there anymore. All that aside the
game plays really well and gives a very good choice of moves. Just wish you could fly more.
