    Mario on the Sega MD/Genesis?  Yep, thanks to a hack of Sonic the Hedgehog, Mario is now the main character you can play in Somari: The Adventurer.  Somari has been released over at the Sonic Retro forums for play using an emulator or original hardware using a flash cartridge.  Check out the video below:
