Hi Everyone,

I haven't been on the site here as much as I'd like and I would have liked to contribute more content or videos. Here though is an arcade restoration I've just completed. It's a rare white Galaga that I totally redid with wood work, electronics, game PCB fixing, monitor repair, artistic painting, repainting, repairing all kinds of stuff... It's a blast to play!

I won't go over all the details unless people are interested, but here are a variety of photos of the finished game, some before and after pics, and the game finally placed in the arcade.

Galaga is a classic. White Galagas are factory converted Bosconians with Galaga art over the Bosconian art... and since I have a Bosconian, I sought one out for a matching pair. It took me quite some time to find this. It was left in a storage unit with over 208k plays on the counter (this thing earned some money back in the day!). It now has a new lease on life.

I can still smell the pizza when playing Galaga from back in the day. Let's keep those memories alive. :)

Enjoy
