Thanks! The only one I knew of was Super Tennis which is no Great Tennis. Sega never released a Great Tennis, so I have to be happy with Super Tennis.

I wonder why the difference in name? Something cultural or just a language thing?
No idea because there is a series of "Great" sports games for the SMS so the name change seems strange.

Blame Tonka not Sega, they did a terrible job marketing the SMS in North America. In the UK and France it was distributed and marketed by Virgin Mastertronic who did a fantastic job with the machine. In fact so good that Sega bought them out and renamed them Sega Europe!
