Gyruss
By Konami
Konami's Gyruss was one of the very first arcade games to feature a stand out soundtrack. The game's background music is an electronic, fast-paced arrangement of J. S. Bach's Toccata and Fugue in D minor. It was also one of the first games to feature stereo sound. The iconic music has been remixed several times over the years but what we want to know is which home version has the best music? Only one way to find out, let the battle commence!

Atari XL/XE Version[/align:3q2e7j2b]
I'm voting for the ColecoVision version but I'll admit that I had a difficult time choosing. The NES version is the most melodic but it doesn't quite match the arcade. I have to say that the 2600 version is quite impressive given the sound capabilities of the system. The XL/XE version is great but I think the CV version has the tempo that matches the arcade better.
I liked the NES version. Time to duck again!
2600 for myself, if only because of the achivement. All the versions sound great, but this most surprised me.

Do you not see the poll because your vote doesn't seem to be there

Think something timed out, it's there now.
It's a pretty close one this but I JUST plumped for the Atari 8-bit version.
It's also worth noting that I put a very remix of the Gyruss music on the Retro Player here
