    Atari Lynx Capacitor Replacement

    My Lynx would appear to have the failing capacitor issue (speaking to Laird he says it might be down to a loose ribbon instead) so I decided to pick up a set of spares from eBay and a solder kit.  When I turn the console on its hows ghosting and faded white streaks going upwards, perfectly playable but annoying at times so thought it would be worth fixing.

    Anyhoo I've never soldered a thing before in my life and I've bought a soldering iron to do this. Has anyone attempted this fix or even done soldering before?  Anything I should be particularly wary of?
