Well I have had my Wii for just over 2 weeks now so I thought I would post some thoughts. So far I have picked up the following games: House Of The Dead Overkill - I have completed this already but it's probably my favourite Wii game just because it is so damn cool. There is something very satisfying about playing an 18 game full of swearing and violence made by Sega on a Nintendo console! Cruis'n - Apparently this conversion of the Fast & Furious arcade game by Midway got slated by the press. I have no idea how as I absolutely love this game. It's like a cross between Gran Turismo and Crazy Taxi with real cars and some really cool courses. Mad World - My second Sega game this is another very violent affair. I just love the graphical look of this game its is just so uber-cool. It's also a great game to play, my only complaints are that it gets a bit samey and leads to a lot of arm ache. No More Heroes - Only just picked this up because it was so cheap (£1.50 in CeX) and think its excellent. I knew nothing about it before but hear that it was one of the first games on the Wii to impress. Need to play this more. Red Steel - This game really reminds me of Goldeneye on the N64. It's a pretty decent FPS with some very nice visuals. Haven't played it a great deal though yet so can't really give a proper opinion on it. Geometry Wars Galaxies - I was a big fan of this game on the Xbox 360 so when I saw it for £3 in a local games store I just couldn't resist! I am just waiting on my Classic Controller Pro. to arrive now so I can play it properly. Rampage: Total Destruction - I grabbed this after seeing a good deal on it and because I am a massive Rampage fan. It's a real shame the motion controls utterly suck, why on earth Midway didn't just let you use the joypad I don't know. If they had then this would have been a brilliant game. Still it has the original Rampage and World Tour on the disc too so it's not all bad.

@DavyK: no Metroid: Other M or Xenoblade Chronicles?

Didn't fancy them .... to be honest I've bought so many Wii games (no PS3 or 360 yet) and there are some I've hardly touched I haven't really been looking for any more of late. anything that requires grinding (Xenoblade?) probably won't get picked up (I know - why have I got Monster Hunter 3 then?)

There aren't many games that use the Motion Plus... it's basically only for motion control games since 2009 that are Motion Plus compatible. It won't make any difference in earlier Wii games.

Yeah I am aware of that. I already have a few Motion Plus games though so I want to see what I am missing.
