I just stumbled across a really strong review of this on IGN yesterday and it looks pretty damn awesome and definitely my kind of game. Its basically an open world, zombie Survival Horror style game with RPG and Tower Defence elements. The combat looks gruesome, but also varied and intuitive in the control mechanics and really looks like a more engaging experience than recent entries in the Zombie game genre.

The game is programmed by a new developer called Undead Labs based out of Seattle, Washington which was founded by former Blizzard employee Jeff Strain. They have discussed developing the basis of the game into a full-blown multi-platform MMO for both Xbox and PC is successful enough.
