So a couple of years ago, I bought a retro bit controller compatible with both a PC USB port and an actual SNES. The controller still works on the SNES, but a while back, my computer’s USB ports just stopped reading it! And it happened while I was in the middle of playing something too! The same thing happened with another USB game controller I had 10 years ago on my old computer. What the hell! What causes this? And on an unrelated note, the USB sockets on my current computer have also stopped reading the USB record player I use for making vinyl videos. Why does this happen?!
