I don't but I know a guy who gets it really bad, especially from FPS games!

Tried motion sickness tablets?

I have never suffered either. I can see how some people are affected though.

I've never had that problem but, then again, I don't get motion sickness even in boats that are moving a lot.  I'm not sure of how well motion sickness medication will work in this setting since the dizziness is coming from an optical illusion and not from real movement.  Generally, the ear canals are the reason for the dizziness but visual input is also important as is tactile input for a sense of balance. 

I have experienced motion sickness while playing Half-Life 2 Orange Box on the 360.  It's the only game I've ever had a problem with.  I didn't realise I was getting motion sick and I ended up having to go and lie down for an hour!  Just after this happened I remember reading about Half-Life 2 having a relatively small field of view and it's this that increases movement effects which can make people feel motion sick.  The wider the field of view the better. 

See if there are any on game settings, sit further back or you'll have to limit the amount of time with the game

I reckon i have felt that way before now but i was slightly drunk.. Must be horrible to have that happen fella..
