    The folks from 8Bitdo have created a bluetooth controller based on the design of the original NES controller for use with mobile devices primarily.  The controller supports IOS, Android, Mac, and Windows but works best with Touch Screen Devices.  The controller has upgradable firmware as well as programmable keys.  The folks from Android Police have posted a nice review of the controller:  8BitDo NES30 Bluetooth Controller Review: Everything Old Is New Again.
