This user is the same! So he bid on his own articles to generate a higher price.

the named accounts are all of the same person. So most likely used in combination.

another auction he used the 2nd account to push the price

A friend told me about that auction as he bought something in the past from him now knowing both accounts are still the same from sender address and name. Hopefully eBay will stop the auction soon to protect current bidders paying more than required. 

So if you bought something in the past or will buy in future be aware!

And no there is no law in germany to put people in jail for awful auction backgrounds
