    A guy called Frank Buss is working on two new flashcarts that can be used on the Vectrex and the C64, the Crazy Cartridge.  You can use it by keeping it plugged to a computer via USB and transfer files to it that way or you can use an SD card.  It is still in development but you can follow details here:  Crazy Cartridge.
