Anyone know what this is?

I think this is for a Commodore 64, I got it from a friend of mine who had it in his loft many years ago now. It says "Xyllyx" and "CBM 64 Comms Pack".
I'm guessing from that it is a communications device of some sort.
Second question is does anyone want it?

Be interesting to know what it is, and to know it's going to somewhere where it may get used. I have a C64 but no power supply (it may not even work) so I can't do anything with it  ;)

it will be donated to a good use, thats for sure, we still don't know exactly what make it is and its origin, but we will find out soon.

You c64- have you considered ebaying it as a raspberry pi project? my video has had 11000 hits, there must be interest in making one from a 'dead' c64

Also the sid chip is worth £15 if working!

I'm sure the C64 worked before it was left in the garage because I'd tried it on a powerpack I had with a boxed one which  I sold. Let me know where to send the mystery object sometime and I will get it to you.

Well, while clearing my garage today I found 2 more of these both with manuals and leads included in the bags. Obviously not so rare lol.
Will post a pic of them soon.
