This idea popped into my head earlier today and thought I would share said idea. I may have a go one day but for now - I downloaded The Hobbit desktop theme for my Win 7 laptop and think it is quite good. However, whilst making changes to your desktop is easy, to create a whole theme is a little laborious but doable. Has anyone thought of creating a retro theme or know where some already exist?
This is a link that explains the whole process which even I could follow. I thought it may be fun to make a RVG one.
What are everyone's thoughts?
