    Well, it looks like the folks who are working on Arrow, will be introducing the character of The Flash in that show and then start a spin off series.  The plan is to introduce Barry Allen as a first step and take it from there.  It seems they want to expand on the DC universe within the show, which will be quite interesting.  More details can be found here:  'Flash' Series From 'Arrow' Producers in the Works at CW
