    Actor Aron Eisenberg has Died

    Another member of the Star Trek family has died.  Aron Eisenberg, known for his role of Nog in Star Trek DS9, has died at the age of 50.  His wife, Malissa Longo, made it known through a post in Facebook on Saturday (Sept 21).  This was really unexpected and the cause of death has not been made public.  I loved Aron's performance as Nog on DS9.  I regret I never had a chance to meet him, particularly since he was known for being a really nice man who loved spending time with fans.  Rest in peace, Aron.
