A few days ago a former member of the prolific Ocean Software revealed that he had found an old disk that was marked as being a version of Rastan for the Atari ST. Ocean only ever released conversions of the popular Taito coin-op for the 8-bit computers of the time, so this discovery of a 16-bit version was exciting news!

Now they have had a chance to try the disk out and it still works! The game was clearly in the very early stages of production and there is still no idea who was actually working on this project. As well as a few screenshots a rather ropey video of it in action has also been posted on the Ocean Software Facebook Page, so go check it out!
