Calling all retrovideogamer.co.uk arcade rats!

We're running some arcade high score challenges over at www.epicarcadeproject.com and thought you guys might be interested in joining in for some friendly competition. It's open to anyone and everyone and you can join in at any time.Â We're currently on our 4th week (This weeks game is Commando)

All games can be run in MAME or the actual arcade PCB. Just post a screenshot or pic of your score by the closing date for the week (it runs Monday - Sunday)

Just a quick update on the current Commando (Capcom,1985) challenge for anyone considering joining in this week.Â The current score to beat is 42,400 but posting any score will earn you points that will carry over into the next round.Â Come stop by and post a screenshot or pic of your score by midnight Sunday (Jan 13th).Â Just click here

You can also view the scores from previous weeks challenges and track the progress of the competitionÂ here

Every week a new game is selected at random from a short list of golden age classics, you can also suggest games that you'd like to see added to the list hereÂ Hope to see some of you thereÂ

Nice one, post a few scores if your up for it.Â I see Commando was the game that got you hooked back in the day

This weeks high score challenge is Track & Field (Konami, 1983) Just submit a screenshot or picture by midnight Sunday, Jan 20th
