You organize people in circles, say Friends, Work, Retro Gaming.Â When you decide to share something you can share it with the people in any of those circles independently, with any one circle, or with all your circles.Â You create as many circles as you need and organize people or organizations by dragging them into the circle that you want.Â Here is a guide you can check out:Â A Guide to Google +.Â It is a bit old but it should give you the basics.
