The Evolution of Retro Wrestling Games
« on: October 19, 2013, 16:47:50 PM »
[align=center:25c1a9u6]I think it's time to look at another sport game and its evolution through retro gaming history.  Let's take a look now at retro wrestling games!  Let's start with the...

Ttile Match Pro Wrestling
Title Match Pro Wrestling for the Atari 2600[/align:25c1a9u6]

Sadly, the 2600 only has one wrestling title, so can't see much "evolution" of this specific sport for the system.

That looks fun.  Is it the only SMS wrestling game?

Agree. Those graphics are certainly better than anything NES had in those days.

This game has the look and feel of the Street Fighter games, only in a wrestling ring. Interesting note is that one of the posters below the youtube video says that the character Chun Li can be seen in the crowd.
