according to the guy on the Youtube video, the ones with Firmware 337 (mine) are screwed, the ones with 370 will upgrade to 500. I think the company should send me the patch that gaps 337 to 370, or all the way up to newest.
I can't run ANY of the new 15 Mega Pack games without the upgrade...i tried.

Yeah that really sucks! I updated the firmware on mine and never had a problem. Hopefully you can get it fixed.

I sent them an email, but i have little hope since their own website hasn't changed in half a year...makes me wonder if they have moved on, and have abandoned the website.

I was excited when I heard about a new Neo Geo console but after trying it I have to say it doesn't deserve to spend money on it, it's sad but it's the reality...

The emulator is not good, even with the update they released, MAME is way better than this, spot on honestly. Also, the portable quality build is really cheap and several people had problems with the screen or the stick.

I'd recommend a NeoCD if you want to play on real hardware and buy games for cheap but the best option is a MVS, it does not have the charm and is not as colectable as an AES but the games are most of the times cheaper and it's cart based so you don't have loading times.
