It's for the quite excellent 1993 Atari Lynx game Malibu Bikini Volleyball by Handmade Software. This wonderful 4-player beach volleyball game is particularly notable for its speech and amazing music.

It also has probably the best intro of any Lynx game so enjoy . . . . . .
