Quote from: "TrekMD"£6 for a Master System?  Dang, that was a steal! Does the fact that it has two games built-in mean this is a modded console?
completely standard, it was so cheap as i picked it up in person, would have been £10 posted, which would still have been a bargain

Cool.  Yes, even at £10 it would have been a good deal.
didnt have any pads or leads but any ms/md owner can make do with existing ms/md stuff as its mostly cross compatible

For the record, Alien verses Predator on the Atari Jaguar holds a Guinness World Record!

To remove any awkwardness, I have mesothelioma. I don’t seek sympathy, just acceptance. Thanks

Dragon's Revenge is a great sequel to Dragon's Fury (although not quite as good) and T2: Arcade Game is great, if a bit hard. World Of Illusion is stunning looking but not a fan of platformers in general as you know (I do own it though).

Nice pick-ups anyway!  :16:

Thanks Laird!  I do have Dragon's Fury on its way as well.  ;)

must.....stop.......buying........games.........got.........enough........already

well i bought a nice copy of command and conquer for ps1, big box version 99p, box has cracks but will research how to restore it, super kick off (master system) £1, only wanted it for the box to put a tectoy artwork into, davis cup (mega drive) box only 25p- will improve condition of one of my md games, same with brian lara cricket (md) £1, its a codemasters game, so has one of the funny boxes, might put my copy of m.m turbo tournament into that box as its much better than it has, my missus also managed to find a 2gb psp memory card for £2.50, i have a tiny one donated by someone off rg but this is perfect for some ms/cd32 emulation on my psp.
and while we were shopping (my missus stood outside the shop as she had been to costa- i am allergic to caffeine), while we were on the other side of the town centre she said 'that shop had wonder boy in monster world in the window for £10, has that been there a while?' i went back to put the shopping in the car and called in and picked it up, along with the tape i talk about on the other thread.

then i dropped some stuff off with my parents (mum has no car till monday as she had a crash yesterday) and they were getting rid of a bookcase, which now houses my games collection

hopefully thats me done till play blackpool

Nice pick-up! You will love Ghostbusters if you like platformers!

Thunder Force III is considered by many as the best in the series, personally I prefer the second game but they are all really good!
