Very cool! I have a lot of SGM games and original ColecoVision games and this would be a great way to play them. A little pricey though.

I think this is really cool.  If I were a ColecoVision collector, I'd get this thing in a snap.

Yeah it looks cool and seems a lot of thought has gone into it, having said that the price seems 25% to much really.

Kickstarter is live. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1408938247/collectorvision-phoenix-an-fpga-colecovision-conso?ref=nav_search&result=project&term=colecovision

I'd be tempted if it was a little cheaper but at that price I think I'm out. Also I don't think they have any hope of reaching that goal.

It's much smaller than I thought it was going to be.  I think this is cool but I've never collected for the system.  Not sure I want to buy this to start.

This thread has not seen any action recently.  I finally got my CollectorVision Phoenix and looks like so did John Hancock.  Here is a video he just released looking at the console...

Seems like the latest batch has gotten to customers.

Anyone hear if they plan further batches?

Feels like I just bought a collectable then.  Something that'll de-value if I take it out of the box.
