This shop right here
is about a 10 minute walk away from my house!
It's a great little independent games shop that stocks modern and retro, he also has an Aladdin's cave of a stockroom that really needs to be emptied! Last time I went in there to have a look I walked away with more stuff than I could carry!

There's only one game store that has retro games for sale where I live. They have lots of PS2, Xbox, GC era games, but only a small selection of games before then. What they do have seems a little pricey too but once in a while I find something at a decent price.
I'm sure I've bought from that Lukie games before, they have lots of stuff on ebay. Nice to see where it came from

I actually don't have a good local one, there is just a horrible chain called "Game On" that is overpriced and has barely any selection. I drive about 1 1/2 hours to Columbus, OH every now and again to hit up a store called Tech N Gamer. I know there was another poster I saw here from Cleveland, so if anyone lives in the vicinity of OH and is the Columbus area, it's worth checking out -

The guy who owns it, Mike, is really nice, has reasonable prices, and also does console repair. He replaced the laser in my Megadrive CD a few years ago, and did a great job.
Outside of that, there are some really good sellers at a Flea Market I visit called Casesar's Creek, outside of Cincinnati, OH (which is a lot closer to where I live) -

Many years ago there was a great local game shop called The Trading Zone, where I bought my Saturn and Dreamcast games for the most part. They would stock almost every import release, so it was great for picking up the Saturn games we never got in the US.

There's one up the road from me in Dorset called "Warez".
Quite overpriced though in my opinion...then again they do need to pay out for rates and store rent which is why I get my retro games from Amazon etc.
