My sold collection
«
on:

Two years ago, I sold almost my whole collection, was taking up a lot of shelves, and it was basically only collecting dust. I have a friend who's a huge collector, and small museum owner here in Luxembourg, and he wanted to buy the CDTV and CD32, eventually he ended up buying the whole lot, as I made him a good price.

Must have been hard to sell it all but at least it went to a good home.

I was kinda lucky that he took everything, otherwise I would have to sell every single piece, that would have been a logistic nightmare

Was fine, strangely enough my girlfriend asked me if I wouldn't miss it if I'd sell everything. But I already decided, I'm like that, once I decide something, I pull it through, no matter the consequences. And so far, I absolutely didn't miss it once.
Nowadays I mainly collect software only, takes up a lot of space too, but not physically. I have a 48TB Synology 2413+.

Btw, looking back into this thread I only now notice that Pedro from PixelTHING made a reply. He doesn't know that it's me who recently made him a huge donation of games and other stuff, if you want, you can watch that video here:
