Need a fight stick - what should I look out for???

I love my 2D fighters and the XBOX had some crackers...

Buuut I dont have a fight stick, was to keep my eyes open for one, anybody got advice on what ones are worth while??

This is the one I use for the original Xbox and it also works with the PS2 as well. I have a ton of retro compilation discs for both systems and this works great with them.
