Heck yeah, noticed the upward trend in prices back in 2002/2004 and bought extras in case they went through the roof. With emulation lacking and no clear solution on the horizon I figured it was better to invest in real hardware.

Cool video. I bought quite a few of them and wouldn't trade them for the world!

Is there no paddle control for t2K on those? Thought that might have been built into them.

No, there were never any Atari-made rotary controllers for T2K.  Those were made later by homebrew developers.
