You discovered the gender bender coffin. If you look at your character info you will see you are now a female. :P

Ahhh someone said they thought that's what it was. What on earth is the point in that, does it make any difference? Apart from the fact I was recording the next episode and I've gone from having a very manly scream when I die to a very womanly one.

I get a new weapon today and something mental happens... I'm not quite sure what but I think we have 3 huge bosses to hunt down

No it doesn't really make any difference and I'm not sure what the point is either, other than to mess with people lol. You can go back in it and change back anytime.

Ah ok fair enough Shadow. Pretty weird feature to include then

Here it is guys and gals, the very last episode of Dead Space!!

I think games are often guilty of having a weak ending but not here, the ending to this is SO good, don't miss it!

Dark Souls 2 is back and it's a double boss episode 😀

I'm ready for the pitchforks but I actually think so far this has been better than DS1

You won't get any hate from me for that statement. I flip back and forth all the time over which is my favourite between the first two games, but I generally lean towards DS2.

DS3 is the one I have a problem with. Still a great game but not nearly as good as the first two.

Ah that's cool, although it's unusual to hear the last bit about DS3. It's on my list to play straight after 2 but all I ever seem to hear is how great it is

Ever wanted to know a little more about Vincent Valentine's backstory?

It's still good, but they messed with the formula too much. The main reason I like these games so much is because I can play through a big chunk of them in any order I want. If I want to go to a mid game area and boss at the very beginning of the first two games, I can. If I want to use a really powerful weapon that is found much later in the game, I can skip certain areas and race straight there and grab it early on in the game.

DS3 has none of that. It's extremely linear with only a couple branching paths along the way and you have very little choice in which order you play through the areas. It's still good but just not the same. Still looking forward to seeing what you think of it when you get there. :)

I'm proud to show off my first ever collab video. I joined up with the guys at Twisted Bard Gaming to do a One Life Review.

Basically I play a game for as long as I can without dying while we all chat and review the game

It was so much fun to record it. Really looking forward to watching it myself cos I don't know how it turned out

Ah ok, that does sound a shame. I agree it's one of the things I love too that you can do a lot of things in any order you want. I'm really looking forward to it, already bought the game so I'm ready to go as soon as I finish DS2. One thing I thought might be cool for DS3 is to get more involved with the online aspect of it, maybe do some PvP with viewers or co-op with viewers, could maybe do it on a live stream. Not sure of the details yet but I thought it'd be cool if I could play online with some people.
