Dreamcast Gamer

Hello Everyone.  I've been running a YouTube channel for almost a year now with some great stuff relating to retro games.  Although my channel is called "Dreamcast Gamer", I'm not strictly Dreamcast.  In fact, I mostly focus on consoles older than the Dreamcast.  As new videos are uploaded, I'll post them here for you guys to see.

The Dreamcast Gamer episodes have a story to them that's part fiction, but with real game reviews.  Everything else (except for random stuff like The Search For The Floppy Disk) is real life.

After his Game Gear's sudden death, the Dreamcast Gamer is forced to review the worst NES game ever made, Cheetahmen 2!

Here's my previous episode of Dreamcast Gamer on Sonic Adventure.  Probably my best review so far.

Thank you for posting your videos here. Always nice seeing these systems thru other gamers experiences. Keep up the good work.

Both the PS2 and GameCube are great video game consoles, but if you had to buy just one, which one should you choose? The Dreamcast Gamer is here to help you make that decision!

Short and sweet.  I didn't realize that the PS2 was cheap to collect for.  That would be a plus indeed for anyone starting a collection for it.

Lot of good points on buying a PS II. Makes sense about Playstation II games being cheaper with so many units that were made and sold. Some stores like Wal-Mart still have new-old stock PS II titles for sale.

TrekMD

I watched a comparison video of the slim and fat versions and there are certain models that are not good and should be bought of the PS2.

More good PS II advice. Really can't complain about Nintendo hardware.

TrekMD

Yep, avoid the early 30000 fat models and the slim 70000 and 75000 models.  Those are problematic.

Sometimes I see a new PS2 for sale at a store selling only newer games and consoles.  It really was a massive success.

One thing with the PS 2 library that always amazed me is there were games for every age group plus a huge selection of titles to choose from.

Here's an update video I made today where I discuss how my channel's doing and what I'm currently working on.
