I'm looking at buying a new GameCube fighting game. I already have smash bros but as far I can tell the best ones are CapCom vs Snk or Soulcalibur 2. Does anyone have any suggestions or hidden gem worth a go? I don't like mortal kombat or dragon ball z so would be grabbing them.

Hmm, there are two I've heard of that I don't have but I've been considering:  One Piece: Grand Battle and Bloody Roar: Primary Fury.  Here are some videos of the games:

Those are good looking games. The GameCube still amazes me by the titles that were made.
