RV - Future DVD idea's

We are looking for someone who would be able to assist us in filming the crew before and during an RV show for a future release, kinda relaxed viewing capturing the setup, meetings and then footage from the final show weekend.

Is there anyone out there who can help? There is sadly no budget *but* could be fun ;-) Certainly a cut from the final sale would be of some return.

So, if you have a good V/cam and can use it ;-) Please get in touch with me for a chat.

Hi, I did this back in 2009 for the Retro Reunited event organised by Gordan Sinclair and myself, and we released a DVD of the event on 2 discs, I was myself responsible
for the filming editing etc..and would love to help, but you've a huge issue, I live in Ireland and I don't my lens will reach that far , but if you need to see what a gaming event should possible look like, you'll find my videos on you tube under ddgreyfox and check out the retro reunited event..

But again sorry I can't help out on this..the logistics would be allot of money on my behalf, like they where back in 2009.

And of course there would be no ticket cost ... What about accommodation at RV? As for the flight, that can't be much?
