Mine is sonic 2 The bonus stage was so much fun on 2 player

Its a hard one but I think I have to say Sonic 2 as think it was incredibly memorable for me, mostly because it added Tails!

For me it's the first one. I guess it's down to it being the original and the version that still captures my youth the best.

not a huge sonic fan, always enjoyed other games better on my MD.

I adore Sonic and Knuckles, I remember waiting and waiting for it and eventually getting a second hand copy for xmas one year when I was a whelp lol, god I remember how great the graphics looked!!

Has to be the first one for me, just the memories at the time, plus me and a friend completed Sonic 2 in one day, so the first one was challenging in that respect (not so now!)

Although I voted for Sonic 2 the one I actually play the most is Spinball, mainly because I am terrible at platformers!

well I'd probably have to say from an unbiased perspective it'd be Sonic 2, its a brilliant technical achievement from the days of the Genesis and it really showed how awesome and fun games could be. but Sonic and Knuckles is my pick as it brings back lots of memories... aaaah the genius special stages, I love the one where you collect the blue balls and avoid red, and the one you have to travel up in to avoid the power at the bottom

Of course these are just the Mega Drive games, I love Sonic R on the Saturn!

Really? you must be one of the first people I've ever heard say that lol! I must admit I wasn't impressed with Sonic R, but then I did start off on the 2d games and trying to play Sonic R didn't go too well lol. Still that wasn't helped by the shoddy controls, they weren't great imo

Sonic Jam is a cool release for the Saturn too, the Megadrive games on one disc with a nice 3D world linking them.
