New NES Homebrew - Pwn Adventure Z

NA member psifertex and some of his friends are working on a new homebrew title for the NES that is rather unique as the game is being made for a security competition!  The game is called Pwn Adventure Z.

The premise is that they wanted to build a game that felt like a modern zombie survival but done on an old-school platform. Given the 30-year anniversary of the NES it seemed too perfect. The game is being revealed for the first time next week at the CSAW CTF (https://ctf.isis.poly.edu/) and afterward it'll be released as open source software.

It's got a lot of challenges built into it for the CTF that are based on reverse engineering and vulnerability research, but a lot is also very similar to the speedrun/total control style glitches/flaws.
