New C64 Homebrew - Donkey Kong Jr.

CSDb member Mr. SID, will be releasing a port of Donkey Kong Jr. for the C64. The port starts off from the Atari 7800 version and improves upon it. The game will be available as a free download on Saturday, November 8th 2014.

The graphics have been done from scratch to the highest standard by STE'86 with hints taken from the arcade and the NES version, but tweaked to look best on the C64. The music and sound effects have been painstakingly recreated for the SID by encore and complement the game brilliantly. Here are some screenshots:
