My mates older brother had an import console with this game and it blew me away.
It has a lot to answer for, lol.

I'm not familiar with the arcade version though. What's it like in comparison?

I've only ever played the arcade game so I can't say how it compares. It is a fun game though

Trek, it's half decent mate. It's worth checking out if you can pick it up at a reasonable price.
It's an early Genesis classic.

Looks like I can get it CIB for $10.  Seems like a very reasonable price.
