Haha! Unlikely, but it is a funny coincedence nonetheless! But is good news though, will bring more attention my way when the Kickstarter starts around the time their merchandise comes out!

I would like to think that a big Company like Sony would support people like you, this stuff only helps sell more product when an if they release a new version.

I'm sure this is will go under Sony's radar, and beside this book is or can be based of authors preferences as a homage to the lemmings series and not those of Sony's , fair usage etc. I can't see you having any problems with it, but you might want to contact an IP solicitor just in case.

You are correct in that they (SCEE) won't even notice anyway, it's not as if I'm releasing a Lemmings game, as you say it's a homage to the series in my words and my images i screen grabbed or asked permission for, the only small doubt is the use of the Lemmings box on one of the greeting cards i created, and the logo on the cover.

But as you say with fair usage act, i have put copyright ownership etc in the book, so i don't foresee any problems, certainly use official logo's a lot less than any website covering the games...plus it will all be listed on the Kick-starter I'm sure if anyone has a problem then I'm sure i'll get an email from them!

Forgot to post this on here last week, quoted from blog.

"Hi guys, I just thought I'd update you with the latest news regarding the upcoming book.
Things are progressing very well, since I announced the book to the public five weeks ago I've been putting in alot of hours to get it finished and I'm glad to say It's nearly complete! I'm just waiting on a couple of things to add in at the last minute, but this month I'm mainly checking and touching pages up, with a deadline set for the 28th November for any last minute content, before the first proof copy gets ordered on the 1st December.

It's finally all coming together, and I'll look forward announcing everything about the book and more besides on the 14/2/15 when it goes live on Kickstarter!

For now, here's a little time-line image i put together to show what time-frame i hope to get the book out to you guys.

Finally, I've roped in another member of the original DMA Design team for the Interview, bringing it to 3 members now!

Final content added today, someone scanned a bloody rare X68000 copy for me!

So into the final two weeks of checks, sorting some margin errors at the moment, should be done by the weekend, the final week is last minute checks etc ....need a good bloody break and drink to celebrate two weeks tomorrow!

Ordered the first proof copy this evening, after a nightmare fortnight getting the digital proof correct, will post some pictures in 2-3 weeks time when it arrives!
