Midnight Resistance is coming back in HD!

[size=140]Data East's classic arcade game Midnight Resistance appears to be making a return in full HD! Details seem to be very sketchy right now with no news other than this short trailer that just appeared on You Tube. Neither the website or Facebook page listed appear to be operational. The end of the video also indicates the game is being programmed by Dead Pixel but more interestingly along side the usual formats of PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, PC and Wii U logos it shows an Atari logo! Now that is possibly more interesting than the game . . . .

that's what I was thinking. too early I think to announce a HD remake of a half decent arcade shooter that was only alright back in the day. I wouldn't be holding my breath on this one, with only one photo shopped in game screenshot this was maybe best left in the arcades.

Looks stupid if the screenshots in the vid are real, dont see there being much interest in this game unless they actually add something new to the game.
