Here is another FPP game that I enjoy.  This time on the Atari Lynx...

Some FPP RPGs come to mind for me. D&D Order of the Griffon on the Turbografx (Dungeons and towns were FPP) and D&D Eye of the Beholder on Sega CD are two of my favorites. Also not RPG but Jumping Flash on the original Playstation was an early favorite.

Arethius, that's cool I always wanted to play Steel Batallion when it came out. I even bought it but I wound up selling it to someone because I realized I didn't have the appropriate space for it. Kind of regret it now.

Then prepare for a trip to France in September we should organize a Steel Battalion lan party ;)

Ah yes, Iron Soldier is a definite. I was actually playing Iron Soldier 3 recently for an article I am writing!

That looks like the same type of blast-away fun that original was!

[align=center:jk5jfdu0]One of my favourite games on the Atari ST and one that really pushed the hardware to the limits too!

[align=center:93ectzn9]There are a lot of very good FPP space games too, most notably the excellent Star Raiders games:

Star Raiders 2

Yes!  I had totally forgotten to add one of my favorites that plays along those lines:  Phaser Patrol for the Atari 2600 using the Supercharger.
